lighttpd work fine with php and mysql but sometimes, with only some user, it doesn't work (after few hours).

If, from shell, I restart lighttpd daemon, php work on all domains...

Whan I add new client, I must restart lighttpd to enable php on his domain and user.

If via shell I type restart web daemon, it work without problems.

You have to wait 1 minute before a domain gets activated. Lxadmin will restart the webserver after 1 minute.

Thanks.
