First of all - thank you for the nicely gathered /and working/ system. From what i've seen so far i believe it is in a much more right way than cpanel or any other management software /web based/ is.
A few suggestions for improvements that i believe are either missing or incomplete:
1. Mass update/operation - it would be really usefull if we could update a part or all of different entities like:
- enabled/disabled
- limitations
- spam settings - this would be the really needed feature 
- other settings
- backup operation and other such operations
2. Be able to set a master admin email where notifications come when they happen for:
- client/reseller limitations are hit
- server issues - with daemons or software or limits
- notifications when a request is received through the helpdesk
- may be even other
This will make the administrator's life even easier
3. In the client's listing - strangely there is a meter for Traffic - but not for space ?
4. Be able to manually update the statistics for a particular domain at any moment /either command line or web, preferrably the second/
5. Add basic fields - name, company, tel, email at the creaton of a client - will make it easier when you have to work with lots of clients
6. Has there been any thought of an invoicing system working along with lxadmin? If you are interested /we are/ we can work together on this if it's not on your plans?
7. XCache is probably good, but what we have experience with is eaccelerator - just a suggestion - we believe it works 100% of its job! May be it can be added to the installation?
8. I see a postgresql service in the web config - but no phppgadmin or other tool /like phpmyadmin for example/
9. Spam statistics/graphs - example would be mailgraph which is really nice
10. Server stats - munin for example - works really great
11. Be able to set automated backups location - drive/folder
Apart from this i haven't found anything that i need and it's not there

We do have plans for billing system. We will have one integrated software that will have everything: billing, hosting and vps, all in one.
