I'm having problem trying to install installapp

I get the following response
" could_not_copy_to_domain_root"

how to resolve this?

mkdir /home/kloxo/httpd/installsoft

Press return

/script/installapp-update

Then, it will be make 500 internal server error. what's going on??

I trying to install wordpress anyway.
