Try "sh /script/resetpassword master {new password}". Change {new password} with your new password.

Aha, I think your problem relate to root password of mysql.

For sure, Can you access to "http://{your ip}:7778/thirdparty/phpMyAdmin/" with username 'root'

Ok.

Run PHPMyAdmin and then click 'Priviliges'. Click action at 'kloxo' user. Click 'check all' at 'Global privileges' and type new password at 'Password'.

Or (from ssh):
mysql -u root -p
mysql> grant all on kloxo.* to kloxo@localhost identified by '{new password}';
mysql> flush privileges;
mysql> quit

End then (from ssh):
cat "{new password}" > /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/etc/conf/kloxo.pass
sh /script/restart

Note: change {new password} with your new password.

Yes, that reply must like that because you try to add {new password} to /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/etc/conf/kloxo.pass.

Above command the same like this:
vi /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/etc/conf/kloxo.pass

and change the content with password of your kloxo user of mysql.

That helped me too when I made dump on production server of all databases and restored on local pc.
I was unable to log in local pc in Kloxo with error:
"Could not open database connection."

So I edited /usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/etc/conf/kloxo.pass on local pc and changed the password with the one of the same file in production server.

Problem solved.
Thank you Mustafa!
