I have received following report from back link provider.

"We have check this the curl url is blocking and we couldn't get any response. So can you check the curl outbound is enabled and the url is listed in whitelist in firewall.
Please check it and let me know."

How to solve it?

The problem is solved by enabling curl_exec.
