i have a issue, and i can't determine if its a issue with xen, HyperVM, or just the way it works, i have a node with 12GB of ram, but when i run any vm on it, it does not display the 'used' ram for any vm on the node it just says NA

maybe that's because VPS is still not created. Have you checked that?

Xen doesn't know the amount in use. It knows the amount allocated and it is a dedicated allocation. No problem here at all.
