Hi,

We never expected this would be such a widespread problem, since we have a demo that clearly shows the vps owner login. The thing is, you should create a client if and only if a customer has more than one vps. Otherwise, a vps itself is a full fledged Control Panel account with all the features like login history, ticketing system, and full control of that particular vps.

The problem seems to be with people coming from cpanel background. If you already have created clients with single vpses, you can move them back to admin, and then resend them a welcome message. You are needlessly doubling the administrative overheads by having a client on top of a vps.

Please move all your existing single vpses back into admin. You can go to vps home -> advanced -> change owner . This is a databae Only operation and 100% safe. Then go to vps home -> advanced -> resend welcome message and you can intimate your client of the change in the login info.

Thanks.

Hi markhard!

When you create a virtual machine you should be asked to enter a password for it. You can then login at HyperVM with vpsname.vm and the password you chose - giving access to that virtual machine via HyperVM (without the need for a client account etc) Smile

Hope this helps, though I'm not staff.

Kind regards,

Mike
