hi, i'm having a slight problem with my kloxo setup

i'm using kloxo in a master(mysql,dns,mail) > slave(httpd,dns,ftp), slave(all services running as failover) setup

recently when i attempt to add a domain i get
Alert: testing already exists in client.

although before going through the setup it didn't exist
after receiving the error if i check clients the client has been added but with no domain

then if i try to manually add the domain i get

Alert: could_not_connect_to_server [xx.xx.xx.xx] the x's being my slaves ip address

any help on the situation would be great. these servers are all running Centos5.8 with kloxo 6.1.12

edit: oh yeah i should probably add the ports aren't blocked the servers all communicate with eachother i can ping and telnet from one server to the other i can even go into kloxo and stop services/manage files even on the slave that is acting wonky

no thoughts on my issue? would changing apaches default port be the cause of this?

does anyone at least know where an error log for an issue like this would be stored? so i can try to debug it myself

essentially what i did was change apaches default port to 81 and setup a reverse proxy through lighttpd and i didn't see any problems at first but now i can't add any domains it just says it couldn't connect to the server

Kloxo 6.1.12 code is hard to implementing something like nginx-proxy and not flexible. One reason, very thight to use port 80 and 443. This is why I make my fork ( http://forum.lxcenter.org/index.php?t=msg&th=18842 ) with different approarch for webserver config.
