Some Data Centers will have an extra private network used for internal purposes and this can sometimes play havoc with the hyperVM networking. By default, hyperVm will use the first ip it can for networking, and it is possible that it would be the IP of the internal private network, in which case many of the services may not work properly. To fix this go to: server home -> information -> and set the FQDN hostname to a proper value. The FQDN should be properly resolvable name using which hyperVM can contact the server from anywhere, and once you set the FQDN, hyperVM will use it for all further network related communications.
Thanks.

Thanks a lot for your interest. Can you try the wiki.lxlabs.com? I can create an account for you there.
Thanks.
