Hi,

There is a problem on client.lxlabs.com, I can't delete a licence, so I've to paid for two licence!

I've 5 vpses (2 with lxadmin enterprise and 1 with hypervm), so I've add one licence for hypervm with 5 vpses and two licence for lxadmin with 2 server and 20 domains.

I've change the ip of my hypervm vps, so I've add a new licence for hypervm and desactivated the old one, but it's impossible to completely delete the old one and now for each new invoice I've to paid for 10 vpses and not for 5 vpses.

Please set the license value to 0, and you won't be billed.

This problem still exists? a big shame..
I dont know further actions because i handed it over to my collegue back in early January 2009.

Billing system is not stable, not regular bills , I did see last year some holes that some months are not billed, and then few months later a bill for 3 months at once etc.

And also the dual billing because IP changing and billed each month 2x instead of one.

In ticket system i wrote if they can delete it but they said press the delete button. So funny to say back there is no button Smile


iig i dont know what happened the last 4 months. I was that part tired and gave it to someone else Smile
