Hi,

I have submitted a support request via my Laxlabsclient portal, since I'm paying for licenses, but have received no support on that ticket since February? Why don't you offer support to paid client's via their portal?

Can you please bump the ticket? Ideally, you have to take a separate support contract. But if it is a hyperVM issue, we definitely do help.

If it is openvz/xen issue, you will need separate contract.

thanks.

It's actually a support question related to the client portal, so I put it in the client portal, and not on the forum Smile

BUT, lemme put it here instead, since I'm here now.

I would like to add more ports / hosts to monitor, but since the client portal only has 10 available, I don't know how to add more. Can you please tell me ?

In fact, we will rewrite the system so that it will automatically monitor the license servers.

thanks.
