You will need to check the traffic_usage and see if it is increasing every day.
But if awstats doesn't update, that means that scavenge is not running at all.
Check this on the master:

Run fixtraffic and see if it fixes your problem:
/script/fixtraffic --class=domain

That could be why the traffic didn't get updated.
Check the version on the master and slave, and try manually upgrading the slave.
/script/version
/script/upcp

No. I said you manually upgrade the slave.
So it has to be run on the slave.
