trying to add VPS for windows but giving error [message #61572]

Hello,

We have configured a separate server for windows VPS. When we try to add that server's IP in HyperVM panel, it gives following error.

Press Esc to close
Alert: remote_authentication_failed

Please give us resolution for this issue.
