PHP support cannot be disabled.

You have to go to admin home -> switch program , switch to apache, and then check the litespeed docs.
litespeed is a complete replacement for apache.

There is no custom config needed. If you don't know how to install litespeed, check their site. LxLabs does NOT support it. You need to ask the makers of litespeed.
If you still can't install litespeed with the documentation they provide, you need to hire a sysadmin.
