This was talked about in lxadmin and never done, we need the ability to turn off the automated e-mail that get's sent out on every backup... ideally it would be nice to only get an e-mail if the backup fails or has any issues, but it was said this was not an option.

Users tend to not read e-mails they get everyday and this needs to be an option to turn this off without having to remove the users e-mail from the account.

I second this request.

I would also like to point out a method of notifying the user that the backup failed.

You could check after 6 hours to see if the backup is still running. If not, check for the existence of a file (for example: /home/kloxo/backupdone). If the file exists, the backup was completed fine. If it wasn't found, then the backup failed.
If the backup process was still running, then Kloxo would check again in 6 hours.

Sounds to me like it would be simple.
