You will need to untar the entire thing into another directory and find the file you need.
If you want to know the kloxo backup structure I can tell you.
The files are taken on a per client basis. So the web files of a client is in client-clientname-any.tar.gz inside the backup file. You have to first extract this archive out of the backup, and then untar it in a directory.
The backup file is kept in /home/kloxo/client/admin/__backup/ and you can download it using ftp or ssh.
