I'm running 6.0.1202 and yesterday 2 php-cgi process were running for hours and using 100% cpu.

I'm running apache and mod_php so it was the control panel causing the issue.

Is there any way I can find out what php-cgi processes are doing?

This is an empty test box which I wanted to let run for a while and test before putting clients on it.

Any idea what runs php-cgi processes when apache is running mod_php ?

Is it php_cgi or php-cgi?

What is the out put of ps -ax. Is it still the same problem or it is normal?

It was php-cgi.


Will see if it happens again but I've installed prm to stop this happening.
