For me it is installed Kloxo. There are no files of Russian localisation. Most to translate long. At a forum has not found the reference to files. Share please Russian files.

You have to do it yourself.
Use the english one. Then go start translating and save it in a RU folder.

Also you can commit it to a language repository (SVN). When ppl starts to send in translations, other ppl can download them also.
Also the best of it, every one that wants to contribute can work in that. No SVN knowlegde? You could send me your translation files and i put them into the SVN.
