I assume it is an OpenVZ vps, in which case you are asking in the wrong place. The limit is made by OpenVZ itself, and not HyperVM. They are two different problems.

So don't have how to do this command or somenthing like to change the hour?

They always do a different hour when I'm using CentOS and UBUNTU doesn't work the timezone... =X
