Hi,

Ok, good news however, i am afraid that this is taking too long.
I can understand that they have other things to worry about now, but to make this a succes they have to take quick action.

Regards,

Steven

Well. It's a big loss for his family. And you can still keep HyperVM running without public access. All it takes is some work on the shell. You can make VPS's in normal way.

Hi,

Sure i do understand that it is a big loss.
But, we and others have a company to run and earn our money with the Lxlabs products. We do not want to take the risc to go bankrupt.

So that is why i think it is taking too long.

I fully appreciate that his Father and Uncle have a lot on their plates at the moment, "most Probably" employing someone isn't really good enough, they are going to have to firstly see if they can get the code etc, moreover the brand and product is now tarnished, they need to get the chap who was helping out to get things going.

Basically in 2 weeks, there will be nothing to save, harsh but true, the majority of companies using HyperVM are already leaving like "rats from a sinking ship", because we have to, we still have to provide a service to our client base.

Maybe OpenSourcing it in Memory of Ligesh, so that who he helped over the years with a good product can pay him back by fixing it and making it stronger.

Just me 2 cents.

We would be willing to give resources both in Devs and servers to get this moved along and a fix to the current security issues that there is, fixed. This route is far cheaper and less time consuming than a complete switch! Neutral

Hello,

Please read this post on WHT -

His father and uncle are most probably employing new developers to continue LxLabs. If that is the case, in 2 weeks we will be able to see some results and can decide upon the continued use of Kloxo/HyperVM.

I wish that the great work done by Ligesh is continued for ever.

Regards

I agree with the open source thing. The code is most probably residing on his PC at his home office. Ganesh Rao said he will be visiting his place again on Monday and he will try to make the code opensource. If you want you can contact them directly, here's their contact info (taken from whois) -

@serverfactor

The address given above is his home address in Kannur, Kerala state. He hasn't been to his home place for years as far as I know as he left his home long time ago and settled in Bangalore, Karnataka state where he setup LxLabs.

The land phone number in the whois that you posted is too old. BSNL does not have 6 digit numbers now.

The details that you had posted seems to have been removed by a moderator anyway.
