Make Simple style option for GUI & Navigation (for faster & easier access)

Kloxo is nice... no.. it's great,..
But the only disadvantage for me is the accessibility in kloxo,.. There is too much icon and heavy javascript template,.. all navigation and icon control panel looks bloated to me..
I wish if there is an option for text based admin style, and simple css drop down navigation with fast and easy loading..

Or maybe more simple template & script...
