I have IP for my main server have been used by other people before. I need to update the number of VPS for the license and this is really an urgent matters.

I want to know if the help desk inside client.lxlabs.com still functioning by alerting the one in charge for it.

I have open a ticket regarding this. Is there anybody else I could contact regarding this?

I look in irc chat room for LxCenter but there is nobody answer me.

I did resolved it for ya.

The helpdesk in client is unmanaged.
Tho i added myself to get a copy of each ticket, and i added a auto-reply by email (with a line to get support use the forum).
