We need a Development manager that is going to lead the developers.

Know the developers profiles, give tasks to them.
Scheduling, tasks lists, keep an eye on issues, delegate things etc etc.
Just to make sure developing is going on and doing that in structure.

There is no need to have programming skills. But a little knowlegde would be fine (PHP/HTML is just fine to know off).

I try first to find one within the community. If nobody can be find, i place it on the frontpage of www.lxcenter.org.

You don't earn money, you do it for LxCenter at a free base.
