Every time I try to add windows it says install image missing from the windows blank image or if I try my own iso it says:

VM creation has failed. Reason: Could not download __path_program_home/xen/template/Windows 2003 Server.img.tar.gz

make sure your master HyperVM can connect to slave.

AFAIK, windows VPS can't be make from templates. you have to install it from scratch, meaning create the windows vps by selecting windows-lxblank.img from the ostemplate and then install the windows from VNC. you have to upload the windows installation CD in ISO file format to your server too

i`ve same problem too..
i was check my ISO template and img template is true and connected.
place for ISO at /home/windows.iso and .img at /home/hypervm/xen/template/windows.img

So, what i`ve must to do with this error.?

To install the initial it looks for /home/wincd.img. This can be a symlink to the iso. It can be any ISO at all. Basically "Windows" in HyperVM is just an HVM installation as opposed to a PV.

As for needing a fresh install of Windows everytime, I don't think this is true. I haven't tested it in HyperVM yet, but you should be able to do an installation, run sysprep to generalize it and add other automations like the CD key, and then capture this image and create your own bootable CD that would then deploy the image. I'll eventually be working on this myself and can do a write up once I have it complete.
