I'd like to join your development effort. I can help in 2 ways:
1. Help develop the web application
2. Help document the web application
Short 20+ year experience history:
SAS (http://www.sas.com) - develop enterprise web applications (such as http://www.sas.com/industry/fsi/oprisk).
Adobe (http://acrobat.com) - develop public web services for online collaboration.
Skills: Most every programming language, Unix expert, Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), I18N, WAI, mobile web, ...

You are more than welcome to join as developer.
Just to get started, pick a bug on the tracker (project.lxcenter.org) - and propose a fix there.
If you have any trouble with anything, just use the contact form on the main lxcenter.org site - and we'll get you some help.
We can take the rest from there; getting you set up, on the maillinglist and so fourth.
