So I've seen a few posts about updating installer scripts to get them to work, and so far they all say to do a find and replace. Good job. Now to fix them all at once:

cd /home/kloxo/httpd/installsoft/

grep -rl '__lxadmin' ./ | xargs sed -i 's/__lxadmin/__kloxo/g'

I did this from a root terminal, not sure what it would take to do it from the command center.

Seems to get the existing app versions to install correctly. It might work for newer versions if someone goes through and updates the software packages. I started looking around at them and discovered some of them are dead projects, some haven't been updated, and some are no longer supported. Some of them don't even have their websites anymore.
