I used defult my.cnf, the innodb is work, when I use my-larg.cnf (rename my.cnf and Uncomment some innodb table), restart mysqld, the innodb do not work, why? where can modify the default "innodb_additional_mem_pool_size 1,024 KB"
What you mean 'innodb not work'?.
By default, my-large.cnf not exist 'skip-innodb' and that mean already to handle innodb.
#stop mysql service
service mysqld stop
# rename my.cnf
mv /etc/my.cnf /etc/my.cnf.bck
# copy my-large.cnf
cp /usr/share/mysql/my-large.cnf /etc/my.cnf
# using script from kloxo
#convert all databases to innodb engine
sh /script/mysql-convert --engine=innodb
#start mysql service
service mysqld start
For '#innodb_additional_mem_pool_size = 20M', uncommenting this line and change to new value with MB format (say it, '= 30M').
