I PMed you. I want to say here though that as is Debian 6 and Ubuntu 11.10 will not work with HyperVM. The easy one is the killnash init.d script that is injected by HyperVM. You can remove that once a rebuild is complete, though HyperVM actually injects it every reboot I think. I committed a change for this. Another is that it would be highly suggested to use pygrub, at least in my opinion. That is easy enough as I added a thread for what to do with Append to Xen Config and also made a commit to use pygrub when a template has pygrub in its name. In the template you have to be careful with the gub config. It uses a GUID instead of root(0,0) or something. And you have to make sure the grub is grub-pc or grub-common or it will overwrite it every time you upgrade the kernel with apt-get.
