VM creation has failed [message #95481]

I have set up a master and also a slave. Both on centOS 5.7. when creating a VM; I get following error.
VM creation has failed. Reason: Could not download __path_program_home/xen/template/centos-5-i386-afull.tar.gz

The centos-5....gz however is on both machines in /home/hypervm/xen/template/

Any ideas where i go wrong here ?

Look at error logs (shell_exec, shell_error, etc) at /usr/local/lxlabs/hypervm/log/ and maybe you will find a clue.
