hello folks,
I`ve started a kloxo billing panel project about 2 weeks ago, and now I can show it to a public.
Now it has only simple functionality, but yet now, it have BIG kloxo library. DO NOT USE IN PRODUCTION!!!
I`s written in php and uses CodeIgniter framework. If there`s anyone, who`s willing to help me developing It, please pm me!

actually, the installer still does not work, I`ll try to update it tonight. but currently there are no notable features except kloxo api library in ./application/libraries/kloxo.php
