I have a 128mb vps, thinking of getting another 128mb vps as slave, but before doing so I would like to ask a couple questions:

1. When creating account on master, I can set it so that it uses the master+slave mysql so that when I use the website to post a message, the data will be inserted to both master mysql and slave mysql?

2. Can I still create normal hosting account using slave?
