What is the easiest way to compile curl into kloxo hib php?

CURL NON-SSL Capability = CURL not compiled into PHP

CURL SSL Capability = CURL not compiled into PHP

Apparently, enabling curl_exec fixes this problem

I couldn't get a handle on this as phpinfo indicated curl available

Now working.
