I noticed that the /script/centos5-upgrade script is trying to download some files that don't exist any more on your download servers. Can you please fix this or is there a better way to upgrade from cent os 4 now?

You can take complete backup of admin and restore it on a centos 5 vps. That's the best way to do it.

Run on the command line and see where exactly it is giving the error.
