I see this post from October 2008, yet my current install, which was installed in the last month, has this same issue.
If I uncheck the box for Add Domain, my user still has the option to add domain, when he logs in.
Also, understanding the creation of a resource plan is ambiguous.
There are options for how many domains and subdomains the customer can add in the resource plan creation. But there is also a checkbox below for "Add Domains".
If I do the following:
Create a resource plan with
0 domains
unlimited subdomains
Add Domains (unchecked)
And then try to add a customer, (which asks for the domain name during the creation process), and I put in a domain name, and attempt to create the account, it says the plans quota is already maxed out for domains.
Though if instead i change the plan to allow 1 domain, it allows me to specify the domain during creation then allows the user(customer) to create another domain inside the control panel.
I think fundamentally there is an interpretation issue here.
I essentially want the following:
The ability to create a resource plan that I can use as a template to create new customers. When I specify the customer's domain name during creation of the customer, that is the only domain he can have, and can't create any others.
How can this be done?
