We have added a time limit to prevent people from rebuilding the vps too many times causing unnecessary load on the server. HyperVM now enforces a time gap of 10 minutes between successive rebuilds of the vps. This time period is configurable by the admin. Go to 'admin home' -> advanced -> general settings and the admin can set the 'rebuld limit time' in minutes.
We will be adding further configurable limits enabling the admin to control the customer privileges to the last bit. We will be implementing a configurable interface in a couple of weeks time, where the admin will be able to pick and chose the various buttons that the will be displayed on the customer page.
Thanks.

Actually, the interface-configuration-by-admin plans were shelved, and we switched to the ability of customer to customize his own interface.
The rebuild vps privilege is now there though.
Go to vps home -> limit and there is now a can rebuild vps permission.
You can also set it in resource plans.
thanks.

Actually, it is only applicable to the person who is logged in.
This is fixed.
Please update to the latest version.
