We have added a time limit to prevent people from rebuilding the vps too many times causing unnecessary load on the server. HyperVM now enforces a time gap of 10 minutes between successive rebuilds of the vps. This time period is configurable by the admin. Go to 'admin home' -> advanced -> general settings and the admin can set the 'rebuld limit time' in minutes.

We will be adding further configurable limits enabling the admin to control the customer privileges to the last bit. We will be implementing a configurable interface in a couple of weeks time, where the admin will be able to pick and chose the various buttons that the will be displayed on the customer page.

Thanks.

Is this still going to be included?

Actually, the interface-configuration-by-admin plans were shelved, and we switched to the ability of customer to customize his own interface.

The rebuild vps privilege is now there though.

Go to vps home -> limit and there is now a can rebuild vps permission.

You can also set it in resource plans.

thanks.

Will the rebuild limit apply also to Admin?

Sometimes the Admin needs to rebuild often (for example when creating a new OS template from a "buggy" image, etc).

If so, can you make it unlimited for Admin?

Actually, it is only applicable to the person who is logged in.

This is fixed.

Please update to the latest version.

Is it possible to only allow lets say maybe like 5 rebuilds a month? Limit how many times they can rebuild?

Seems a bit over the top? I suppose thats the case unless you are charging for additional reloads or something.

Well someone charge for it. Some customers get extra services, like cPanel, Direactadmin, etc. which cause me to have to work harder. Also do you thank to control my dedicated servers that Hypervm Could? Example. I get the customer one of our dedicated servers place Hypervm Slave on it and make that server one big VPS basicly?
