Hello, here is my issue:
Quota limit failure during OStemplate apply, then client have negative stats after downgrade his plan, then 95% server RAM usage. Otherwise i like HyperVM 
first i created new client account, then added new openvz VM for him. Then i tried to install big 1,7gb OStemplate on it.
It ended in error, i dont remember exactly, but it was a few A4 pages of error regarding disk space failure/quota exceeded.

What i did? I rebuilt that VPS to smaller OStemplate, then increased VM RAM to better plan and then installed big OStemplate again. Now succeeded, then downgraded his VPS plan back, but client has negative values now:
This affected VM is also not visible under "Virtual Machines" only under "All VMs".
How to fix it? what was the cause?

These apaches was there right from the beginning, even maybe before first VM.. im not sure why, server restart = no help.
Any ideas please?

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help.
I was forced to move my master and slaves to a new server.
I have installed the hypervm master in a vps with virtualization = NONE. I have added my new slave servers (xen) before the old master went offline.
When I login to the hypervm control panel I can see all vps's and I can reboot them with no problem.
The problem is I can not delete the old vps's (that was on old server) or the old servers. I have tried force delete etc.
I can not make new vps's either or delete current ones.
I checked the logs and it seems in /urs/local/lxlabs/log/bdatabase i have some problems.

I have migrated servers before a few times with no problems at all. But this problem i just can not find the problem.
Can anyone help to shed any light on this matter?
Its as if the database is not updating.

Hello,
I have recently added a HyperVM VPS for one of my clients and for some reason, neither me or my client can log in to it.
We get the following error message:
Alert: XX.XXX.XXX.XX not_in_list_of_allowed_ip
I have added my IP in the allow IP setting and I still cannot access it.
Am I doing something wrong ?

Hello,
I am able to login to my database on the command line or PhpMyAdmin with the root account.
However, I am unable to add a new database with clients or the admin account in Kloxo. The message I receive is: "Could Not Connect to Database: The error has been logged. Please contact the administrator."
I have already tried resetting the master password, the MySQL root password and using the fix-password-mysql command. None of these have helped.
What user does the "Add Mysql Database" functionality in Kloxo execute as??
I have the same problem as this ticket outlines, however there is no fix in the ticket.

Hey guys! Just wondering if anyone can help me here, I've been using hypervm for about a week now, got used to most things, but the problem is I can't seem to update my license in hypervm panel and get more than 5 vps's. I've signed up on the license client and added the hypervm panel host ip to it and set license to unlimited, just for now. But now if I press update license on my server I get "Alert: could_not_connect_to_license_server" , is the license server down or have I done something wrong?

I am in Hetzner DataCenter and I have been given an additional /29 IP subnet for my servers. I want to use those in my VM guest without using any NAT, meaning that the VMs should be running on those public/real IPs.
The subnet is of the form:
78.47.150.64/29 (not actual numbers)
NETMASK 255.255.255.248
I am putting
78.47.150.65 as the FIRST IP ADDRESS and
78.47.150.70 as the LAST.
As GATEWAY I am giving the HOST's main IP address (which of course is on different subnet)
The result is that the VMs cannot connect to the network, I can only access them via console and through them I cannot ping to anywhere.
What am I doing wrong here?
(The server was default setup settings, as it came with the HyperVM installation. I have not changed anything in the XEN setup or elsewhere)

I need someone to help me configure the network settings so the guests can connect to the internet (currently the don't).
The guests should be assigned with the real IPs that I have (/29 subnet) and NOT internal IPs. There should be NO NAT involved.

Hello everyone,
Recently I have setup my first server, CENTOS 5.8 with kloxo, managing 3 domains. Everything is looks good so far.
When I configure an email client either pop or IMAP for username it will need username@domain.tld, (example: admin@mydomain.com) this way it is working good, but I need to configure kloxo to authenticate with username only without "@domain.tld" (username: admin)
Anybody knows some workaround about it?

2048MB dedicated ram, 3072MB burstable ram.
i enabled optimize mysql in kloxo
250gb disk space and 1gbs connection
i'm hosting 1 forum and 2 blogs on it, but they are all very small so i dont understand this problem. i never have more than 10gb traffic
i'm confused, can you please help me and tell me firstly how to disable the message because its spamming my emails full.

I'm looking for some suggestions on how to setup my Hypervm server. I have a router setup as follows.
eth0 - interet (28 public ip addresses)
eth1 - point to point (colo to main office)
eth2 - public servers (http,smtp, imap, etc.)
eth3 - private servers (db, ldap etc.)
What would be the best way to set the server up so that i can provide public ip addresses to my vps and kloxo xlients?

I have set up two chrooted bind dns servers that I want to use on hypervm.
I added them via the master control panel and added to them the dns server role.
I've configured them as Primary/Secondary DNS and I've been able to edit zones on both of my servers via hypervm panel
I juste noticed that on the server I set as Secondary DNS, I expected hypervm to add the zones as slave to my primary server but it is not the case
Is there a way to achieve this config ? I know there is no problem with setting the two servers as masters for the same zone, but it would make more sense to use the master/slave

While logged into the HyperVM admin control panel I am at Advanced>Dns Config. Following the instructions on that page is not working for me. Here's what I've done...
STEP 1:
* The DNS should be installed in a VPS. This is a must, since it won't work in the node. Install hyperVm inside a vps with --virtualization-type=NONE. Install bind, bind-chroot packages. yum -y install bind bind-chroot
I DID:
- Created two VPSes giving them each the names 'ns1.name.foo' and 'ns2.name.foo'
- On each installed slave with 'sh ./hypervm-install-slave.sh --virtualization-type=NONE'
- yum -y install bind bind-chroot
- Reboot
NOTE: Did not change Grub as instructions did not say to.
- Added both VPSes to the list of servers
- Added DNS to the 'Roles' for each VPS
* Come back here and you will see the server in the available list for servers the dns are configured on. You can add the server to the selected list.
I DID:
- Enabled forward and reverse DNS
- Added both VPS names to primary and secondary fields
- Added both servers to the 'Selected' list
- Update
Updated nameserver IPs with registrar 48 hours ago. Still get 'no such host' when trying to use the names.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have master and slave hypervm openvz servers Centos 5.2 and 5.6.
when i try switch vm from master to slave i got error no_socket_connect_to_server. Switch from slave to master work fine.
telnet master -> slave, slave -> master on port 8889 worked fine. iptables on both servers off. Creating vm on slave server and managing from master web panel worked fine.
restarting hypervm service on both servers doesn`t help

Hello there! I have googled around pretty much everywhere and found no answer, so I am hoping anyone here can help me.
I have recently decided to switch VPS to a new host, this new host used vePortal & Webmin instead of HyperVM & Kloxo to my annoyance and the first thing I did was install Kloxo (which to my opinion is by all means superior).
I made a DNS template (ns1.mydomain.com with 1 of my 2 IP's,
ns2. on the same, not sure if that mattered but I figured I might aswell leave my other IP to gather dust) and then the domain (www.mydomain.com) but weirdly when I try to make an Fname record for ghs.google.com (mail.mydomain.com) I get the following error:
Alert: The domain was not added due to an error in the dns settings. Please check your dns template and verify. The message from the dns server was dns_master_load: :23: mail.***.com: CNAME and other datazone ****.com/IN: loading master file : CNAME and other data
Any clue as to what this means and how to solve it?

Nevermind, that problem seems to have solved itself but now I got
Alert: The domain was not added due to an error in the dns settings. Please check your dns template and verify. The message from the dns server was dns_rdata_fromtext: :23: near 'ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM..': empty labelzone ****.com/IN: loading master file : empty label

Hi,
When i set Kloxo to use suPHP (which i prefer for security reasons) it says there is a problem with the session.save path, which is:
/var/lib/php/session/
This folder works with mod_php, and i have tried setting the folder permissions to 777 with no luck.
Any ideas what might be causing this issue?

hello,
i have the same problem with hypervm as here forum.lxcenter.org/index.php?t=msg&th=13866&goto=737 85&#msg_73785
but when i try to update in yum it shows an error after approve update  :
