Hi,
6.1.3 is just released.
Solved:
Bug #367: Add support for IDN Domain
Bug #400: Cannot restore account in GUI or via Commandline API (Restore Failed. Reason: could_not_unzip_file)
Bug #413: Kloxo GUI php.ini: post_max_size should be the same as upload_max_filesize
Bug #416: Cannot delete domain with specific name
Bug #418: Kloxo Tree menu depth now limited
Bug #426: Spamdyke whitelist only valid for graylist
Bug #431: Roundcube config/db.inc.php with wrong password and fixwebmail not fixing it.

Note:
It is possible that you see something about (using /script/upcp in commandline):

ERROR 1050 (42S01) at line 11: Table 'session' already exists
ERROR 1091 (42000) at line 6: Can't DROP 'idx'; check that column/key exists
That means you might already had a bad webmailapp database.
In that case do run:
/script/fixwebmail
And if you had webmail faillures before, you should run that also. It fixes for 99% of the cases all webmail problems.
