500 After Upgrade from 6.1.10 to 6.1.12 [message #97945]

This is a common problem I can't seem to solve.

Problem started after upgrading from 6.1.10 -> 6.1.11 - > 6.1.12.

I was still able to access the KloxoPanel at 6.1.11. After the 'completion' of the upgrading to 6.1.12, I received the 500 - Internal Server Error

The websites hosted are all working fine. It's just the panel that seems to be inaccessible.

I'm a newbie and have been reading the forum for around 2 hours..

tried restarting: /etc/init.d/kloxo restart
tried downgrading php: yum downgrade php* then service httpd restart
also tried to disable iptables...

I'm at a lost now..

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
