One of the cool new features of hyperVM is the intelligent ipaddress pool, that will allow you to keep track of your ip address assignments. Some of the important features are:

* You can add already assigned ipaddresses to the ippool. In fact, this is highly recommended and a good way to track your already assigned ip addresses. So if you already were using hyperVM, and had assigned ipaddresses, just add those blocks to the ippool, and instantly you get a page where you can see where the individual ipaddresses has been assigned to.

* Ip pool will track the ipaddresses of all the nodes too. Go to 'ip pool home' -> 'individual ipaddresses' and there it will show where exactly is each ip assigned to. It can be either to ethernet cards on the nodes or to vpses, and hyperVM will track both of them.

* While assigning from ip pool, hyperVM will do a ping test to determine whether it is already assigned or not so that you do not mistakenly assign an ip that is running on a node outside the cluster. You can see the ippool operation log in the file /usr/local/lxlabs/hypervm/log/ip_pool

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them here.

Thanks.
